Dahlia Tubers Information

We are lifting, sorting and dividing our dahlia tubers in June. Any excess tubers will be added to the website as we go and will be available for preorder. A second round will be listed on the website after we have planted our fields in September. All tubers will be sent in September/October when eyes are visible to ensure you receive a viable tuber for success in growing your new dahlias.

We are happy to combine shipping for multiple orders and will refund any excess shipping once we have packed and weighed your tubers ready to post. Postage costs are weight-based on a sliding scale dictated by Australia Post and will be charged accordingly. 

In the unlikely even that a tuber you have purchased does not make it through our storage we will refund your purchase, if you would like a substitute tuber instead please leave a note of this during checkout. Substitute tubers will be of the same or greater value than the one being replaced.

Please check your tubers upon receipt and contact us if you have any concerns, we have a 5 business day policy from you receiving your tubers to lodge an inquiry. We are happy to address any damages incurred during transit with either a refund or replacement, but we will not be liable for incorrect storage after the 5 days from receiving your tubers. Dahlia tubers are sensitive to humidity and will dry out if kept too dry or can rot if kept too wet, all dahlia tubers will be sent with care instructions and a planting guide.
